Description :
DIA STARTER 40 is a liquid clear compound based on Sodium Hydroxide and used as additive to be added to Zinc Phosphate solutions to reduce the Free Acid-content.
Application :
DIA STARTER 40 is added both at the make-up to Zinc Phosphate process.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS :
pH-Value: High alkalinity
Density: 1.1 – 1.3 g/cm³
Appearance: Clear colourless liquid
Application: To derease the Free Acid 0.1 point, add to the 1000 l bath:
